Food for Neighbors
Centerville is a proud partner of Food for Neighbors (FFN), a community organization which provides more than 1,700 students weekly food support at 29 area middle and high schools. Through their Red Bag Program, they provide a platform for middle and high schools to engage volunteers from their local communities to work together to collect and distribute food.
On Saturday, September 10, volunteers with Food for Neighbors collected and sorted 914 Pounds of food from people in our community! The food is used to stock the Food Pantry at Centerville High School. More than 1,700 students are receiving weekly food support at 29 area middle and high schools with Food for Neighbors.
