Class of 2024 Yard Signs are Now Available for Purchase

Families can purchase a sign using the link here:

Students and families can bring their proof of purchase to the main office to pick up their sign after purchase.

November Class of 2024 updates 

Highlights 

  • Senior Dues - $90
  • Senior Portraits - Dec. 8th and 9th - Last day to take and be included in yearbook
  • Panorama (Group) Photo Available for Purchase
  • Senior T-shirts - Wear on the 24th each month (or the closest school day) to celebrate the Class of 2024
  • Cap and Gown Size Form - Fill out as soon as possible to ensure correct sizes are ordered
  • Optional Orders Through Jostens - Invitations, Class Rings, Letterman's Jacket, Senior Spirit Wear, and More
  • Upcoming Dates (Including Prom, April 27th)

  • Save the Date
    • Graduation: Wednesday June 5th at 9:30am at EagleBank Arena, George Mason 
    • Required Practices (at CVHS): Friday May 31st from 9am-12pm (Practice followed by the senior picnic) and Monday June 3rd from 9am-12pm (practice followed by cap and gown distribution at the end)
    • Graduation Walks at feeder elementary and middle schools: June 4th 
  • Fill out the Cap and Gown Size Form
  • Vote on and Complete the Senior T-shirt form

  • School debts and fees (for class fees, activities, parking fees, etc.) will be shared by teachers and sub schools when they are ready in MySchoolBucks for families to access. Additional information will be sent to seniors and families once finalized and available.

College and Career Updates:

  • Attend Career Speaker Series sessions in January and February.
  • Email Financial Aid Champion Mrs. Horowitz at @email if you need assistance filing the FAFSA or VASA.
  • Enter service learning hours in X2VOL – all hours must be verified by April 15, 2024
  • Apply for scholarships! Check Naviance database, weekly College & Career Corner newsletter, and Schoology for resources and updates.
  • NOVA Enrollment Prep Workshop on Thursday, March 7 during PLUS 8 in Lecture Hall. Email NOVA Counselor Ms. Liguid from a personal address: @email.  
  • NOVA Manassas field trip on April 4. See Mrs. Stamper for permission forms.
