Procedures for Purchasing a School Yearbook

• Go to www.yearbookforever.com and search Centreville HS. (Please be sure to choose the CVHS in Virginia and not Minnesota)

• Bring in a check (made payable to CVHS), a money order, or cash to Room 205-206 before or after school.  Checks can also be dropped off in the main office in Mrs. Perrone’s or Ms. Taylor's mailbox.

Make all checks payable to CVHS.

How do I go about purchasing a yearbook at the school?

Please have your son or daughter drop off a check in the main office. It will be placed into Marissa Perrone's or Nadine Taylor's school mailbox and processed. When you drop it off, please include a self-addressed envelope if you would like a receipt sent back to you. You can also order the book online.

What is the price of the yearbook and does it change?

The price of the yearbook will change throughout the year. The longer you wait, the more expensive it is. Through the rest of 2019, the price will be $80. As of January 1^st, it goes up to $90. If you buy a book when they are being distributed, the price is $100.

How can I order my yearbook online?

Go to the website www.yearbookforever.com and follow the links to purchase a yearbook online. 

How much does it cost to have a name tag added to my yearbook?

If you would like a customized name plate with the student’s name, there is an additional $7 charge.  If you have any questions, please email Marissa Perrone at @email or Nadine Taylor at [email protected]

How much does the yearbook cost for those on free or reduced lunch?

Students on Free or Reduced Lunch pay the same price as everyone, which is $80. However, you can pay this price in installments, if you would like. You can pay by semester ($40 per semester), instead of all at once. An installment plan is also available for those with Free and Reduced Lunch who would like to buy a Senior Ad. If I miss the makeup date for senior portraits at school, how can I get my picture taken?

If you miss the day at school to have your picture taken, you can call Lifetouch personally and set up a time to go into their studio. Please be aware that if you are going to do this, you have to have your portrait taken in their studio by December 10 in order to be included in the yearbook.

How can I submit candid pictures to the yearbook?

Send any pictures you have that you think might be good for the yearbook to @email or [email protected]. Alternately, you may also burn them onto a disk and deliver them to Mrs. Perrone’s or Ms. Taylor's mailbox.

Will there be yearbooks available for purchase when they are given out?

We always order more yearbooks than have been preordered. Thus, there are typically 100 books that can be purchased at distribution. Be aware that the price at distribution will be higher, however. Be careful, though, we have sold out in the past.

When do I get my yearbook?

Yearbooks are given out during the first or second week of June during lunches. Sales (online and in-person) continue up through the very end of the school year, usually at lunches.

Where can I get the forms for a senior ad?

Information for providing a senior advertisement for the 2021-22 yearbook will be made available in the fall.
